✧how i work✧

You can send me an email at [email protected], and I’ll put you on the waiting list. Since I work on one commission at a time, I’ll let you know if I’ll take over your commission beforehand. If you have any specific deadline please let me know beforehand.If so, we’ll discuss your vision and all the details and the final cost of the artwork. You can give me detailed descriptions of characters, clothing and background, as well as if you have any specific color palette or mood you want the artwork to feel like. The more details the better!If you also need an certain artwork size (for endpapers, etc.), please let me know beforehand so I can adjust the size of the artwork.Once we’ve finished I’ll let you know once the waiting list reaches you within a few weeks in advance. Before I start with you commission I will send a link for payment.After the payment I will start to work on the rough sketch, and once it’s approved I will make a more detailed one. Then once you’re content with the final sketch I will start with the base colors and the rendering process.I will be sending you images throughout the process so you can see how your commission is progressing.Once I have the final artwork, I will send you a high resolution version (JPEG or PNG) to your email. This image will have my signature as well as a watermark.

✧Revisions✧

You can have up to 3 revisions during the painting process.The first revision is on the rough sketch. Any anatomical or composition adjustments have to be address in this stage. Once I’m done with the final outline of the drawing and start with the coloring part I won’t revise anything, so everything has to be done prior to that.The second revision is during the coloring stage. If you have a clear idea of the colors you want used in the commission you can tell me in advance, but if not once I’ve applied the base colors you will have the possibility to change or adjust them as you please.The third revision will be on the last stage of the piece, where you will have the possibility to revise and edit some minor changes. There will be a fee added in case you want some bigger changes at this stage, unless it’s a mistake or understanding from my part.

✧Commercial commissions✧

I charge 60-80% of the base price for online and print usage of the artwork.The commission is exclusive and no other client can use the artwork. Commercial licenses do not include the copyright of the image.If you’d like to purchase the full rights of the artwork or use it commercially, you may purchase a commercial license for your intended use.I can use the artwork in my portfolio as well as share it on social media.

✧Rights✧

I, as the artist, retain the intellectual property of the piece. You can post it on your socials tagging me and I remain to do the same. You cannot claim the artwork as your own.You may not edit or alter the commission piece without my consent.I reserve the right to use the discarded rough sketches in future proyects.Commissions can be used for your own personal use, however, you cannot sell them, make and NFT, reproduce or give copies to others unless it’s a commercial commission.I’m 100% against feeding my artworks to AI.I have the right to decline any commission request if I don’t feel comfortable and cancel a commission if I haven’t got an answer within a week.I have the right to adjust pricing on a commission accordingly.
